Application Process
1. Vendors must apply each year.
2. All questions on application must be completed. POPS board may request clarification.
3. Vendors must provide a menu, including everything they wish to sell.
4. Applications must be received by June 5

1. The field will be open Friday and Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.
2. Vendors will be required to have your set up complete by 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29. (gate opens at 4:00 p.m.).
3. Vendors will be responsible for their own tent, tables, chairs, sign, ice, trash cans, etc.
4. Signs must be poster-board size and can be hung from the tent or placed on an easel.
5. You may operate silent generators for power (only). They are available for rent at Jordan Lumber.

Taxes and Insurance
1. Vendors are responsible for all state and federal taxes.
2. Vendors must furnish proof of insurance.
3. Vendors are responsible for all liabilities.

Health and Safety
1. Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations.
2. Vendors must dispose of grey water, grease, and hot coals off the premises.
3. Each vendor must have a portable fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag.

1. The POPS will assign booth locations to each vendor.

Vehicles on Site
1. One vendor vehicle may be parked behind the booth.
2. The POPS board reserves the right to ask that a vendor’s vehicle be removed if needed.

Operation Guidelines
1. Vendors are asked to provide an adequate amount of food (some have run out in previous years)
2. Raffles are not allowed.
3. In an attempt to achieve and maintain variety and profitability for all vendors the POPS may limit vendor rights with some food offerings.
4. Equipment and any belongings are left on site at the vendor’s risk. The POPS Board is not responsible for any personal property.

1. Vendors will be responsible for clean up of their site location.
2. Vendors are responsible for trash generated by their booth.
3. Vendors’ sites must be cleaned by noon on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
